What we collect
- Booking data: name, phone, hotel, room, time, service type.
- Optional contact: LINE ID, email.
- Therapist applications: name, nationality, mobile, LINE ID, photo.
- Therapist GPS during active jobs (admin-only, never shared with customer).
- In-app messages (encrypted at rest).
What we never share
- Your phone number with anyone outside the platform.
- Your hotel room number outside of the assigned therapist + Hush ops.
- Any data with marketing partners or data brokers.
Therapist privacy
Customers never see therapist phone numbers, full names, or GPS. All messaging is routed through the platform. Therapist last names and home districts are admin-only.
Your rights (PDPA)
- Request a copy of your data: data export.
- Request deletion: account deletion.
- Withdraw consent: contact ops@hushpattaya.com.
Retention
Booking records: 7 years (Thai accounting law). Messages: 12 months. SOS GPS: 90 days, then deleted.
