1. Platform role
Hush operates a marketplace connecting independent therapists with customers. Hush is not a healthcare provider; therapists are independent contractors who hold their own licenses.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years old or older to book a session. You confirm this at booking. Submitting a booking with false age information is a breach of these terms.
3. Bookings and payment
Pricing displayed includes any applicable night surge. Payment is made directly to the therapist in cash on arrival. Hush does not collect payment at launch.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations more than 30 minutes before scheduled arrival are free. Late cancellation may incur a partial fee at the therapist's discretion.
5. Conduct
Any harassment of therapists, requests for non-licensed services, or behavior outside the scope of a licensed therapeutic massage will result in immediate ban from the platform and may be reported to Thai authorities.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone or hotel details with third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Hush's liability is limited to the value of the booking. Disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
